Torment Retro Textures
A downloadable asset pack
Shattered stones, fleshy nightmares and rusted metal monstrosities.
An expanded and cleaned up version of the textures created and used for my Quake map Towers of Torment. Here are nearly 100 industrial, otherworldly and dismal textures inspired by the likes of Hellraiser 2 and Lovecraft Dream Cycle cover art.
Included are the textures in both the Quake palette (with WAD file), and also true colour versions for those who want a little more definition. Please note though they were designed with Quake's palette in mind and won't deviate far from that.
Most textures are 256x256, tile seamlessly, and have a number of variations and appropriate trim sheets for level design purposes. 
FREE (though donations are appreciated)
NO generative AI used in their creation

Feel free to suggest additions, I'm open to expanding the pack further so long as they fit the theme and aren't too beyond the scope of the project.

Modify these textures to suit your own needs

Sell these, modified or unmodified, as your own standalone assets
Use these textures for generative AI training or associated purposes
I would appreciate attribution, and an example is provided with the download. If you're unsure about their use, please just ask!

howdy! i’m making a texture search tool for a vr game/engine/garry’s·mod-like, would it be okay for me to include these in there?
it’s not reselling since it’s free, but it’s not quite an open-source project in the sense you seem to mean (i.e. game), so i’m kinda in limbo
you will be credited of course (there’s gonna be an auto-generated list such that hopefully it takes more effort for people to not credit you :p)

Hey, great texture pack. I totally love the fact that they are hand tailored and not made by AI.
Will use them in a raycasting 3d engine that i'm building from scratch. Nothing commercial. Will recommend your page when I publish my experiment,
I habe a small suggestion for your shop page: It would be nice if you could provide the texture resolution somewhere in the description.
